Everything reaches the same inbox, and we would rather hear about a problem than let a reader work around it. Reasons to write:
- Corrections. Name the article and what looks wrong, unclear, or out of date. Corrections are handled before anything else.
- Topic suggestions. The explanations you have been looking for and not finding, including the apparently obvious ones.
- Privacy requests. Access, deletion, or opt-out requests relating to your personal data — our Privacy Policy describes what we hold and how quickly we respond.
- Advertising or technical problems. An ad misbehaving, a page failing to load, a link going nowhere.
We answer ordinary messages within a few business days, and privacy requests within the timeframes set out in the Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, account numbers, or card details by email — we never need them, and email is not a secure channel.
We cannot provide individual financial, legal, or tax advice, and we cannot act in a dispute with a bank, lender, or advertiser. In those cases, contact the institution directly or the financial regulator where you live.
